{aren't i sweet???}so, basically we were told that this was a false alarm! praise GOD!!! i must admit, i was pretty nervous about the whole heart murmur and echo cardiogram thing, as any mother would be when the dr. is talking about her child's heart!!!! but... thank the Lord that she is a healthy, happy little girl! the nurse called this morning and said that she just had a regurgitation in her pulmonary valve that was causing it to sound like a heart murmur, but that it is a completely normal thing that will never affect her. i asked if she could send along the information to me on paper, and she said it would be pointless because it is honestly nothing. so... there ya have it! i won't dig for anymore info because it is truly nothing. now maybe i can be sleeping normal again...
{not wanting to sit still for a pic}tate's newest love is the movie Charlotte's Web... not the new version with the real animals, but the old cartoon version. it is on every day... and she will watch/listen to bits and pieces and i even catch her throughout the day singing some of the songs. and... her newest favorite song and singer... John Denver singing "Sunshine on my Shoulders"... we are using my mom's car right now until we find me one (we sold the Envoy... bye bye beautiful blue car...) and that cd was in when we drove off... and it is "Mommy, play Sunshine"... then, "Mommy, sing Sunshine", and when it is over... "Uh-oh, Sunshine!!!! Play Sunshine again, please!!!". good thing i love John Denver... or we could have had a problem ;)
she spent the night with "Unckie" Adam and Aunt Dayna on Friday night and proceeded to get spoiled rotten, as usual. they took her to eat mexican and i guess she decided she wanted Dayna's food over her own, so of course, Dayna passed it on! then they decided she needed a toy, so they took her to WalMart and bought her a jumpolene.
have you seen one of these? i haven't personally seen it blown up yet in our house, but i do know that it is quite large, and that my kid can JUMP. we will be blowing it up tonight and witnessing the jumpfest first hand, after my Dad's birthday dinner at the lake. Dayna and Adam said that she was crazy on it at their house, so we are excited to see her in action for ourselves. Anthony is not so sure of this thing, and is wanting to put it away after a while, but why not keep it out, if it keeps her happy and busy, and jumping... maybe some of those baby cheeks will shed off a bit... ha! nah... I love those cheeks... more to kiss on :)
