When Anthony was visiting with some buddies late one evening this week, Tate, Beau & I all had a little slumber party in bed together. Tate wanted to read her books and thought Beau would enjoy them as well...
The next day, Tate decided we all needed to go outside and have a picnic, draw ourselves with sidewalk chalk and sit under the umbrella in our swimsuits. Only she was brave enough to wear one, though... Beau & I opted out...

Tate & Beau's Grandma Barb & Grandpa Ron came for a visit; Anthony's Mom & Step-dad. We had a wonderful, yummy lunch together, then pulled some chairs out onto the front porch and enjoyed a beautiful summer day together, chatting, playing and catching up. Grandma got to hold Beau and Tate kept herself entertained and busy eating an ice cream pop, riding her bike, dodging the hose that Daddy was holding, and playing with the rock drain by the flowers... it was just a wonderful afternoon outside together, we wish they would visit more often! What a great week together!
